Payments and Charges
Subscribers to the service are required to purchase a subscription in order to use all components of the site and all its services. The subscription is a monthly subscription that is automatically renewed, without any prior notice, in all tracks for a cost of up to 599 NIS.
Subscribers can purchase a subscription using a credit card.
The site team reserves the right to change our payment policy at any time at our sole discretion.
There are no refunds on the purchase of a subscription and no refund will be received if you have not used the subscription.
The subscription is not transferable from one member of the service to another member.
A subscription will only be credited to the account of subscribed users who have purchased the subscription, and not for the benefit of any other person.
Agreement Period
Your subscription will automatically renew at a low monthly price of up to 199 NIS. If you do not want automatic renewal, please send a message to "[email protected]" at least 3 days before the renewal date. The message must state the email address and password with which you connect to the site, full name or ID number. For the avoidance of doubt - you understand and agree that your subscription will be renewed monthly, without monthly notice from us, and regardless of whether you have used the subscription or not. The notice of cancellation of the automatic renewal is your sole responsibility.

Non-refund of subscription fees
It is hereby clarified that all funds that you pay to the site for the purchase of the subscription are paid in advance for a period according to your choice and that there will be no refunds of funds for any reason and that even if you do not use the entire subscription period that you ordered, you will not be entitled to any refund and that the company will not be obligated to return the subscription funds that you paid for any reason.

Refund Policy
If the site owners do agree to cancel a transaction that you made on the site or to receive a refund/credit for a payment you made, the following conditions will apply:

1. The customer will not be entitled to cancel any transaction that he made on the site after the credit has been made - if he does so, he will be exposed to the penalties stipulated by law.
2. Cancellation fees – The site will be entitled to charge the customer a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, according to law. In the event of a transaction cancellation as a direct result of any defect or malfunction in the My Sugar site services, the customer will not be charged any cancellation fees.
3. The site's refund policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981.
4. The above refund policy, in all its clauses, is conditional and subject to the site's terms of use.

Security and Privacy
Your profile on the My Sugar site is private, and no one other than the profile owner has the right to use it.
The user will be responsible for any use or activity on the service by users using his password, including but not limited to the use of his password by any third party.
The website operator does not guarantee that the "My Sugar" services will not be interrupted, will be provided regularly or without interruptions, will be carried out safely and without errors, and will be immune from unauthorized access to the website's computers or the users' computers, or from damage, malfunctions, malfunctions or failures in hardware, software, communication lines and systems, on the part of the website's management or any of its suppliers.
