Regulations of My Sugar Ltd. (hereinafter "the company")

Disruption, and/or interference with the service or the website, and/or the servers, and/or the networks related to the service or the website.

 

 

 

Posting, and/or sending e-mail, and/or transmitting in any way any material that includes viruses, and/or software code, files, or programs designed to disrupt, cancel, or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, and/or or the publication of websites whose activity is similar, and/or identical to the activity of this site, and/or the publication of prostitution services, and/or any service that offers sex of any kind, for payment - whether in money or in monetary terms, and/or the publication of rooms Accommodation, and/or accommodation apartments, and/or any other place where prostitution of any kind takes place.

 

 

 

Forging a header or performing any operation on identifying marks in order to disguise the source of information transmitted through the service.

For performing any action from the actions detailed in sections 14.1-14.10 above, the surfer undertakes and agrees to compensate the company in the amount of NIS 100,000 without proof of damage.

The company cannot guarantee that the surfers on the website are indeed 18 years old, even though every surfer on the website who is not 18 years old, is obliged not to surf the website and to leave it immediately.

The company will not be responsible in any way for any content, and/or communication, and/or use, and/or access to the site by surfers under the age of 18.

The company is not responsible and does not bear any responsibility of any kind, including not for direct and indirect damages, and/or direct and indirect expenses incurred by a user of the website in the event that other users of the website, including unauthorized users ("hackers" or "crackers" in Hebrew) publish, and/or transmit offensive and/or obscene material on the site and the company will not bear any responsibility for the exposure of surfers to this information.

The company will not be responsible in any way and will not bear any responsibility, including not for direct and indirect damages, and/or direct and indirect expenses caused to the user of the website in circumstances where any third party uses the information on the website to harm the user of the website.

The company is not responsible for the use of personal information that a user publishes on the site.

Surfers are required to carefully consider what information they choose to publish on the site. The company will not bear any responsibility for the results of providing the information on the site and the responsibility will apply to the surfer only.

The user of the website expressly agrees by browsing the website that the records found at the company that operates the website are an institutional record as stipulated in the Evidence Ordinance (new version), 5741-1971, and they will be absolute proof of the correctness of what is said in them.

The user of the website expressly undertakes to fill in correct details on the website. The company may take all legal measures at its disposal against surfers who have violated the provisions of any law and/or the provisions of the regulations.

The company may remove surfer details from the website operator, in the following cases, it will be emphasized that the list of cases is not a closed list and the company may also remove surfer details from the website under additional circumstances, in accordance with its sole discretion:

The surfer violated a condition of the regulations;

The user provided incorrect information on the site;

The surfer has committed an act or omission that harms the company, and/or the parties related to the company, and/or the normal operation of the website, and/or a third party, and/or has used inappropriate language, and/or harmed either directly or indirectly, in the surfer, and/or other surfers on the site and everything at the sole discretion of the site manager.

The company undertakes to ensure the proper operation of the website. The company does not guarantee that browsing on the website will not be interrupted, and/or will be provided as a series without interruptions, and/or malfunctions, including hardware, software, and communication line malfunctions. The company will not be responsible for malfunctions, and/or disruptions in the global Internet network, and/or lightning lines, and/or Hot infrastructure. The company will not be responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any technical problem that prevents the user from browsing the site, and/or making contact with other users on the site.
